The new mandatory Food and Grocery Code of Conduct comes into effect in April.
You will hear the ACCC’s Grocery Code enforcement leader speaking together with FoodLegal’s experts on the practical Dos and Don’ts.
This webinar will give food suppliers the information they need to understand the changes, their rights and their obligations, and to take appropriate preparatory and implementation actions.
This event will cover:
- The new legal requirements and penalties
- How the Food and Grocery Code will be enforced
- What suppliers should know when drafting and updating or varying their supply agreements
- What information is required to be shared with retailers and how to deal with intellectual property
- Retailer and supplier Dos and Don’ts including for payments, store promotions, price increases and product delistings
